GRANADA PERMACULTURE PROJECT A one-year
pilot program bringing urban sustainability strategies to the streets of

C. FLORES WORKSHOPS AND WRITING PROJECTS I wrote my first novel this
summer, entitled Naked Lady Soup, about a frustrated Northwest artist
and her quest for a radical love. You know what they say‹the first novel
always goes in the drawer! So I am writing another one, about an
ecofeminist Gypsy girl who lived in Granada in 1776. And what about a
follow-up to Food Not Lawns, you ask? Yes, I still have a few more
permaculture books up my sleeve, but not this year. I will be busy with
the Granada Permaculture Project and the new novel. I am available to
teach workshops and courses, though I am usually booked about six months
